Where fundraising support is directed.

The goal of the Association’s fundraising activities is to:

  1. Have money set aside to assist members and individuals with Williams Syndrome who need to travel interstate or overseas for medical care, including support towards travel for a second parent when only one parent’s flight is covered.
  2. Provide catering and/or entertainment at picnics and social gatherings.
  3. Help subsidise family weekends away held approximately every two years.
  4. Establish a library for members with books, journals and stories about Williams Syndrome.
  5. Support the delivery of a Williams Syndrome medical conference in Perth, bringing together medical, education, disability-support and health experts while creating opportunities for families to hear current research and connect with one another.
